Our Fundraising Program is Designed to Help Local Organizations

Raise funds while providing their supporters with a valuable service.

Choose the option that best fits your organization’s needs!

Glaze Community Giveback Fundraiser

Requirements:
  1. Preferably a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization, but open to all.
  2. The contact person for the fundraiser must be at least 21 years old.
  3. Each organization may participate in the Glaze Community Giveback Fundraiser twice (2) within a 12-month period.
  4. Sign and return the Agreement to Glaze Car WashTM via email at Info@GlazeCarWash.com.
  5. Keep $10 per gift card issued to the organization and pay $10 to Glaze Car WashTM.
  6. Complete the fundraiser within 45 days.

Include your detailed questions along with your name and contact information, and a team member will respond as soon as possible.

Option 1:

Pre-Sell Program

Recommended for new organizations. Requirements:
  1. Sign and return the Agreement to Glaze Car WashTM via email at Info@GlazeCarWash.com.
  2. Pre-sell $25 Fundraiser Gift Cards for just $20 each.
  3. Use the provided sign-up sheet to collect funds.
  4. Notify Glaze Car WashTM of the total number of pre-sold gift cards by the due date indicated in the signed agreement.
  5. Pay Glaze Car WashTM $10 for each gift card.
  6. Allow Glaze Car WashTM seven (7) days to process the gift cards after payment is received.

Option 2:

Pre-Paid Program

Organization Responsibilities:
  1. Sign and return the Agreement to Glaze Car WashTM via email at Info@GlazeCarWash.com.
  2. Pre-sell $25 Fundraiser Gift Cards for just $20 each.
  3. Pay Glaze Car WashTM $10 for each gift card.
  4. Allow Glaze Car WashTM seven (7) days to process the gift cards after payment is received.

Option 3:

Partial Payment Program

For organizations that have participated in the Glaze Car WashTM Fundraising Program within the last two years. Requirements:
  1. Sign and return the Agreement to Glaze Car WashTM via email at Info@GlazeCarWash.com.
  2. Pre-sell $25 Fundraiser Gift Cards for just $20 each.
  3. Pay Glaze Car WashTM $10 for each gift card.
  4. Allow Glaze Car WashTM seven (7) days to process the requested gift cards.
  5. Provide a partial payment of 50% of the total amount due before pick-up.
  6. Submit the remaining balance to Glaze Car WashTM by the due date specified in the signed agreement.

Note: Special terms and conditions may apply for each program. Gift cards cannot be returned once received and are 100% non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
