No, our brush wash is designed to be gentle on your car’s surface. Glaze Car WashTM uses soft brushes that effectively remove dirt while being safe for your vehicle’s paint. Our brushes are carefully designed to protect your finish, and we use eco-friendly, pH-balanced soaps to ensure a deep clean without causing any damage to your car. Your vehicle is in safe hands!
How Does The Car Wash Work?

When you arrive, a team member will guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, you’ll shift into neutral, release the brake, and keep your hands off the wheel. Next, an attendant will prep the front and back of your car for the wash. Then, our conveyor will guide your car through multiple stages of washing, rinsing, and drying to achieve a spotless finish.

Can I Clean The Inside Of My Car?

Yes! We offer complimentary self-serve interior cleaning stations equipped with powerful vacuums, cleaning solutions, and cloths to help you freshen up the inside of your car as well.

Is Your Car Wash Touchless?

Our car wash is not touchless, but we use high-tech, specially designed brushes made to gently and safely clean your vehicle. Our equipment is designed for safety, allowing us to wash hundreds of cars and trucks every day.

What Types Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept credit and debit cards at all locations. Cash payments are not accepted at this time.

Do You Take Cash?
No, in order to provide a streamlined and secure experience for our customers, Glaze Car WashTM locations no longer accept cash payments.

How Do I Sign Up For The Unlimited Wash Membership?

You can sign up for the Unlimited Wash Membership by visiting Glaze Car WashTM in person or purchasing online. Simply select your desired wash package and pay with a credit or debit card.

How Do I Pay For My Unlimited Wash Membership?

The credit or debit card you use when signing up for the Unlimited Wash Membership will be charged monthly on the same date each month. If you join online, you’ll need to present your card at your first wash to complete the registration.

How Often Can I Wash My Vehicle With An Unlimited Wash Membership?

You can wash once a day, every day that our site is open.

I Want To Buy An Unlimited Wash Membership Online. How Will I Get My Membership Activated?
When you purchase an Unlimited Wash Membership online your license plate will automatically be registered in our system and you are good to go, our gates will automatically open by reading your License Plate! Please note that the credit or debit card presented at Glaze Car WashTM for your membership activation will be the card used for monthly charges.
Can My Unlimited Wash Membership Be Used For More Than One Vehicle?
An Unlimited Car Wash membership is for one vehicle and is non-transferable. Want to add more vehicles? Take advantage of our Family Plan for substantial discounts on additional cars. Visit or Family Plans page to learn more! If you get a new vehicle, please go to manage my membership or visit Glaze Car WashTM to update your license plate information in our system.
Is A License Plate Required For The Unlimited Wash Membership?

Yes. When you join the Unlimited Wash Membership, your vehicle’s license plate will be registered in our License Plate Reader (LPR) system for seamless access.

How Can I Update My Vehicle's License Plate?
If you’ve gotten a new car or changed your license plate, simply visit, manage my membership or visit an attendant at your Glaze Car WashTM location, and they can update your information in our system.

Can I Change My Glaze Club Plan?

Absolutely! You can update your plan by visiting the Manage Account page on our website or by calling us at 678-290-3190.

How Do I Cancel My Plan?
You can cancel your plan online or visit your local Glaze Car WashTM to speak with a team member. There’s no contract, so you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days for processing). Refunds are not issued upon cancellation.
How Long Does It Take To Cancel?

Please allow 7 business days for processing any cancellation requests before your next billing date. Your plan will stay active until your next billing date, so you can continue to wash during this time.

Will I Get A Refund?

No, refunds are not provided. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.

Will I Get An Email Confirmation?

Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation once your request has been processed.

What If I Change My Mind After Requesting A Cancellation?
We’d love to have you back in the Unlimited Wash Club! Just visit your local Glaze Car WashTM or re-enroll online to reactivate your membership.

Vehicle Restrictions

Are There Vehicle Restrictions?
To ensure the safety of our customers, team members, and equipment, we have certain vehicle restrictions at Glaze Car WashTM. While we wash thousands of vehicles daily, some types and features may not be compatible with our wash process. Below are the vehicle restrictions we follow:
  • Vehicles taller than 7 feet
  • Vehicles wider than 80 inches (from inside driver-side tire to outside passenger-side tire)
  • Trucks with beds containing fuel tanks or uncovered beds with debris
  • Vehicles with dual rear tires
  • Vehicles with fixed tripod-style mirrors
  • Certain models such as full-size Hummers, Ford Raptors, and Nissan NVs
  • 2010 and newer Ford SHO models
  • Vehicles with ladders, ladder racks, or rear-mounted racks (e.g., bike racks)
  • Vehicles with ground clearance lower than 5 inches
  • Vehicles with excessive mud or flaking rust
  • Other vehicles may be restricted at the discretion of our Site Leader
Our wash is designed to be safe; however, we cannot be held responsible for:
  • Open or leaking windows
  • Antennas that aren’t lowered or removed (including shark fin antennas)
  • Vehicle emblems, badges, or wheel covers
  • After-market accessories or magnetic decals
  • Moon roofs, sunroofs, bug shields, or window shields
  • Any non-factory-installed items, including paint
  • Pre-existing damage, vehicles over 7 years old, or items like paint and pinstriping
  • Collisions due to braking, steering, or driving in the wash tunnel
  • Electrical or mechanical issues
What Items Or Conditions Are Not Allowed?

Our wash is very safe, but we cannot be held responsible for the following items or conditions:

  • Open or leaking windows
  • Antennas (unless lowered or removed), including shark fin antennas
  • Vehicle emblems, badges, wheel covers, or center caps
  • After-market accessories and magnetic decals
  • Sunroofs, moon roofs, bug shields, and window shields
  • Vehicle moldings or any non-factory installed parts
  • Paint, clear coat, and pinstriping
  • Pre-existing vehicle damage, vehicles over 10 years old
  • Electrical or mechanical issues
Can I Wash My Convertible?

Yes, we safely wash both hard-top and soft-top convertibles every day. We recommend reviewing your owner’s manual for any specific washing instructions related to your vehicle. For additional guidance, please ask a team member before starting the wash.

How Do I Use My Fleet Pass?

It’s easy! Just pull up to the wash, scan your fleet pass, and you’re ready to go.

How Can I Cancel My Fleet Account?

You may cancel your fleet account at any time, with no contracts or long-term commitments. Please note that unused prepaid washes are non-refundable, but you can continue using them until they’re all used up.

Fundraising

How Many Fundraisers Can My Group Run In A Year?

Approved organizations are welcome to participate in our fundraising program twice within 12 months.

How Quickly Can I Start A Fundraiser?

Digital fundraisers can begin as soon as the following day! For fundraisers using paper coupons, please allow 5-10 business days from the date the coupon quantity is confirmed. Visit our fundraising page for more details.

Do Fundraising Coupons Expire?

Yes, single washes purchased through your organization’s digital fundraiser expire 90 days from the purchase date, while paper coupons are valid for 12 months.

Where Can Fundraising Coupons Be Redeemed?
Fundraising coupons are redeemable at all Glaze Car WashTM locations.
